I walk with you through pregnancy, birth and the first weeks. No fee, no invoice. Online, in conversation, eye to eye.

Being a midwife is my first calling. My main profession gives me the freedom today to give it away.
For over sixteen years I have accompanied women through pregnancy, birth and the first months with a child, in person and online, as the former head of a Swiss birth ward. Birth changes you. Deeply. Permanently. And it needs more than medical knowledge: someone who stays where the hands no longer reach. Where you seek confidence, have questions, want to be seen.
Today I am co-building a tech company. But being a midwife, that stays. Knowledge that is not passed on loses its meaning. So I pass it on. Gladly. To you.
What happens during birth, what really helps you, and which questions should you have asked beforehand?
Making sense of symptoms, understanding exams, making decisions without driving yourself crazy.
The first weeks, breastfeeding, recovery, the body after birth. What is normal, what is not.
Sleep, crying, the first months. What is normal, what is worrying, what helps.
When the relationship is tested, when siblings arrive, when your own family applies pressure.
Difficult births, loss, trauma. Sometimes it helps to speak with someone who has seen a lot.
I have lived and worked in five countries. I know how hard it can be to find your way in a foreign healthcare system. And how quickly uncertainty turns into silence.
This offer is for women who can't afford good guidance. For women whose country gives them no access to it. For women who don't dare to ask their questions out loud. Or who nobody listens to in calm.
You write a short note about what's on your mind. I respond within 48 hours.
By video or chat. 45 to 60 minutes. More if needed.
With more clarity, perspective, a plan. If needed, a second session.
I take no money. If our conversation helped you and you want to pass the gift on: Dr. Thomas Berger, whom I have known for years as a colleague, runs Neo4Namibia. He builds newborn care in Namibia: with medical equipment, with training for physicians and nursing staff, with local champions who carry the knowledge forward. That is the most beautiful form of passing knowledge on that I know.
Because I can afford to think this way. My main profession provides for me. Being a midwife was my first calling, and good knowledge should not depend on your wallet.
No. This is remote counsel. It complements your midwife, your doctor, your birthing care. It replaces none of them.
Any woman and any family who needs to talk. Pregnant or not yet, freshly born or years later, happy or desperate.
Few, since I do this alongside my main profession. When the slots are full, I will tell you when the next one opens.
We can schedule a second session. Or I refer you to someone who can help you better.
I keep only what I need for the session. After our talk, I delete the contents. No recordings, no analysis, no newsletter.
I will respond within 48 hours and propose a session time.
